General

Q: What is TestHub?

A: TestHub is a comprehensive Computer-Based Test (CBT) platform designed for schools to create, manage, and track practice tests for their students.

Q: What should I do if I forget my password?

A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive a reset link via email. If you are a school student, please contact your school admin.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: Go to Settings in your dashboard and select "Change Password". Enter your current password and your new password.

For School Admins

Q: Why can't I see the School Question Bank option?

A: Your school needs to be on the Standard or Premium plan. Upgrade your subscription from the Subscription page.

Q: How do I promote students to the next class?

A: At the end of the third term, the "Promote" and "Graduate" buttons will appear in the Students section. Select the students and choose "Promote Selected".

Q: Can I import students in bulk?

A: Yes, you can import students via CSV file. Go to Students → Add Student → Bulk Import. Download the template, fill it in, and upload.

Q: How do I clean up old test data?

A: At the end of each academic session, you can use the cleanup feature in settings to remove old tests and attempts.

For Teachers

Q: Why can't I create a test for a subject?

A: You can only create tests for subjects assigned to you by the school admin. Contact your admin if you need access to additional subjects.

Q: My test is not showing up for students. Why?

A: Tests created by teachers require admin approval. Check the test status. If it's "Pending", wait for admin approval. Also check that the test is within its availability dates.

Q: Can I edit a test after students have taken it?

A: No, once a student has taken a test, it cannot be edited or deleted.

Q: How do I view my students' performance?

A: Your dashboard shows a list of all your students with their test counts and average scores. Click "View Details" for a complete breakdown.

For Students

Q: Why can't I see any tests?

A: Your teacher may not have assigned any tests yet, or the assigned tests may not be within their availability dates. Check with your teacher.

Q: Can I retake a test?

A: No, each test can only be taken once per student.

Q: What happens if my internet disconnects during a test?

A: If you lose connection, you will need to refresh the page. However, the timer will continue running. Try to reconnect quickly and continue.

Q: How do I view my test results?

A: After submitting a test, you will be shown your results immediately. You can also view past results from the "My Tests" page.

Billing & Subscription

Q: How much does TestHub cost?

A: TestHub offers three plans: Basic (₦15,000/term), Standard (₦25,000/term), and Premium (₦35,000/term). Choose the plan that best fits your school's needs.

Q: Can I upgrade my plan mid-term?

A: Yes, you can upgrade anytime. The upgrade fee is prorated based on the remaining days in the current term.

Q: Can I downgrade my plan?

A: Downgrading is not allowed mid-term. You can downgrade at the end of the current term.
